LAGOS
All orders within Lagos Nigeria will be shipped within 1-2 business day. For Next day delivery, please make sure you place order before 7pm Extra Charge Applies!!!
OTHER NIGERIAN STATES
All orders to other Nigerian states will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment processing is complete. Orders made after 10pm on Friday will be shipped by Monday. Orders made on the weekends will also be shipped on Monday. Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders are shipped via DHL / FedEX. Shipping fee will be calculated base on the weight of your parcel and country (as country shipping fee differs) Click the chat icon for an instant response, if we're not around wait a minute or use an alternative method to confirm shipping fee to your country. we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. International orders can take 2- 3 days processing time before shipping and can take 8 working days for shipping after dispatched International orders are exempt from price adjustments and free shipping promotions.
ORDER PROCESSING
We are quick at processing orders
All orders take 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take additional time to process.
ORDER TRACKING
When the tracking Number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.
We can attempt to Amend your order within 24hrs of placing, please chat below asap to request this. This cannot be guaranteed! After this time we cannot cancel before delivery.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
